The Internet vs The Real Estate

I just want you guys who read this post to comment something about what you think about the future. Do you guys think that the internet is worth more than the real estate? In terms of value? popularity? ROI? and Risk?

For me, i personally think that the internet has the upper hand compared with the real estate. The reasons,

1. The Internet is gaining more momentum than the Real Estate before.
2. The Internet is much more easier and simpler than the Real Estate.
3. You can do a lot more with "I" than "R.E."
4. Low start up cost
5. Can be accessed almost instantly no matter where you are in the planet.
6. Serves more people worldwide
7. Easily leveraged
8. Can buy low and sell high easier
9. Easily maintained.
