Me2everyone Is Now a PLC in The UK.

"We are pleased to announce that me2everyone's status as a PLC (Public Limited Company) was confirmed 20th May 2009 and it is now showing on the Companies House website www.companieshouse.gov.uk.

In becoming a PLC we had to demonstrate the way 25% of our share capital had been fully paid up from the date that the company wished to become a PLC. Companies House scrutinised our documents and they have agreed that we adequately show GBP £4,000,000 in paid up capital.

This was completed by LoreKai Pte Limited wef 11th February 2009 who now hold 4,000,000,000 shares in me2everyone PLC. It is from this allocation that an estimated 1.6Bn shares will be given to members from June 2009.
